Do I need any experience to take Reiki Level 1?

No experience is needed. This training is designed for beginners as well as anyone wanting to deepen an existing healing or spiritual practice.

What is a Reiki attunement?

An attunement is a ceremony in which the teacher opens and strengthens your connection to Reiki energy. Experiences vary: some people feel warmth, tingling, or emotion, while others feel very little in the moment and notice shifts over the following days. Some may experience a deep healing experience, too.

This is a common question. No, Reiki is not connected to a religion but is a spiritual practice that is accessible to anyone, regardless of religious or spiritual background.

What should I wear or bring?

Wear comfortable clothing, and bring anything else you would like to be comfortable such as a blank or light jacket. Bolsters and back-jacks are provided. Also bring a water bottle, lunch, and a journal. There is a kitchen available to store bagged lunches.

Securing Your Spot
To keep the experience intimate and personal, this training is limited to 8 participants. Your spot is secured once payment is received.

Payment Plans
If you'd prefer to pay in two installments, please reach out and we'll set up a plan that works for you. The second installment is due 7 days before the training.

Cancellation & Refunds
Because supplies and materials are purchased in advance based on the number of attendees, the following policy applies:

14 or more days before the training: Full refund. 7 to 13 days before the training: 50% refund. 24 hours to 6 days before the training: Credit toward a future training or Reiki session. Less than 24 hours before the training, or no-show: No refund or credit though you will receive your training manual, since it has already been prepared for you.

Transfers
If you can't attend, you're welcome to transfer your spot to a friend. Just let me know their name and contact information before the training.
